Java based bellringing software
In order to use the software avalable on these pages you may need to
update your web browser to the latest version with a recent version of
the Sun Microsystems Java plugin.
Current available software:
Anthony's method tool
Given the place notation of a method this applet will draw out
the method for you. This should work on browsers with older
versions of Java.
JComposer
This is the new Peal Composing Software. It
requires a recent version of Java (1.3 or later) due to the
features used to provide the Graphical User Interface. An
extensive method library is provided to save you looking up the
place notation of most commonly used method groups.
It is my intention that software available here should be freely
accessible to all who have a web browser. However, if you have
difficulties with any of this, or would prefer the JComposer tool to
be provided on a CD with the appropriate Java plugin then please
contact Anthony Cole to
discuss your requirements. Obviously there will be a charge for the
cost of the CD and postage.
If you have other Java software which you would like to contribute to
this site then please contact Anthony Cole.
